"It is better to have Rocked and lost than never to have Rocked at all"

This new blog is "The Reinvention of an aging Rock Star" - spent way too much time with political banter over the past several years... Obama won and not a damn thing has changed with the Right, I'm done there... my Daddy used to say, "Sometimes, no matter how hard you try, you just can't make Chicken Salad out of Chicken Shit."

Opened-up communication with 3 old (literally) Bandmates from 30-40 years ago; Eric Allmeroth (Guitar), now lives near Genoa, Nevada - Eddie Loebs (Guitar), now lives near Jackson, California - and, last but not least, Ed "BJ" Bjorum (Keyboards & Guitar), still living in South Lake Tahoe after all these years... all still playing at some level & some with tall weeds growing up around them... they're not doing much with their talent.  Eric is writing some good stuff and has improved ten-fold over the years, in spite of some real shit to deal with the past several years... Party on Garth!!

So here's the deal; at 65, I can still mix-it-up with the best... got a new Gretsch Drum Kit.

Writing Songs & Lyrics, getting the Piano tuned, got a Takamine Acoustic, Les Paul Junior & PRS SE 245 Guitars, Fender Amp, Simmons Drum Module, couple of Shure Mics, and Logic Music Production Software loaded in the MAC... ready to turn-N-burn :)

Shamrock Quarter Horses

So here is the deal... I own and opperate Shamrock Quarter Horses at Diamond Bar Stables in Glendale, CA, and provide Consulting, Training & Horses for the Arena, Film, Television, Commercials and Events. Check out the website.

This Blog will deal with Performance Horse, Care, Feeding, Training and having a GREAT relationship with your Horse.
Tip for today: It all starts with respect and your ground-work. If you don't have your horse's respect on the ground, you'll never have it in the Saddle!!
